Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on all orders to addresses in the United Kingdom. We currently ship within the UK only.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Delivery then usually takes 2–3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Orders placed on a Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods, bad weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available, so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at ilaydapetspa@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out with the carrier, or send a replacement or refund.
