2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Our products

Our pet perfumes, Silver Spray and Paw & Nose Balm are grooming products for dogs and cats, for external use only. Please read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not spray into the eyes, nose or mouth, keep products out of reach of children, and stop using a product if your pet shows any signs of irritation. If your pet has a skin condition, please ask your vet before use. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery within the UK is free. We take payment when you place your order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout. If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Offers and discounts

From time to time we run automatic offers, such as our mix & match set discount (buy 2 items save 15%, buy 3 items save 30%). Offers are applied at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

6. Your order

After you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot authorise payment; if so, we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund you in full.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the items passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancellations, returns and faulty items

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions in our Refund policy (including the hygiene exception for opened products). If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, explained in our Refund policy.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for losses caused by using a product other than as directed on its label. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. Our products are for personal, non-commercial use, and we are not liable for business losses.

10. Website content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Your information

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you placed it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will do our best to resolve it. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
